Ben Folds rocks Orpheum
Ben Folds played at the Orpheum on Saturday along with the Fray and Christine Baze as part of the Yellow Umbrella Tour. The opening acts were very good and helped to raise the anticipation for Ben.
Ben totally rocked. It was the best show of his that I have ever seen. He played some of my favorite songs, “Brick” “The Luckiest” “Bitches Ain’t Shit” “Zak and Sara” “Still Fighting It” “Bastard” “Landed”. He performed “Jesusland” and then decided that the original version wouldn’t be very radio friendly. So he played the radio friendly version of “Jesusland”. Ben also performed some new songs he was in the process of creating.
Very awesome, a very good show in a nice venue.
