I made it
So I traveled 350 odd miles in 6 days. Going 90 miles on my longest day.
The bike I bought was a Trek 520. It is made for touring and made me very happy. Had a nice time riding it across Oregon.
The passes were long
In the 90s so it was nice and hot and dry. Meltwater was running like crazy.
Stayed at some nice places. Like a church in the small town of Dayville.
Met some nice fellow bikers.
Went down some neat mountain passes.
Made it to Baker City.
Made it to Idaho.
Oxbow Dam is the farthest I went.
A quick visit to Cape Disappointment.
