Gingersnaps Originally uploaded by spi516. In my rash of updating I can’t forget the fresh gingersnaps I baked over Presidents day weekend. I <3 long weekends. I totally enjoy baking but never find the time during the regular week or even on a regular weekend. However over the long weekend I just went crazy.
