Wil Wheaton in Boston

Wil Wheaton was in Boston last Sunday. He gave a reading at the Coolidge Corner Theater and signed books at the Brookline Booksmith. Wil is a very engaging performer and the talk was very lively with alot of banter and crowd interaction.

So I traveled 350 odd miles in 6 days. Going 90 miles on my longest day.

The bike I bought was a Trek 520. It is made for touring and made me very happy. Had a nice time riding it across Oregon.

Yes thundersnow. Boston had a nice snowstorm yesterday. We got about 6in10in of snow other places got up to 17in. Plus we got an added bonus a little bit of thunder and lightning.

Amin made it here safely even though his plane got hit by lightning and broke of a portion of the wing.

Windows Live Maps

One cool thing with windows Live maps is that you can add pushpins onto the map. And then create a URL to always access that map. Plus it has Europe with some level of detail. More then any other service I have seen.
