So I am not on top of things, but last weekend I went kayaking on the Deerwood river in Western MA. We went on sit-on-top kayaks which are next to impossible to tip down class 1 and 2 rapids. So after getting used to running the kayak over rocks the trip went very easily. The small bit of class 2 was the best part but even that wasn't challenging. I guess I am way to used to canoing/kayaking to be scared by a few rocks in the water.

Next time I need to visit some class 3 water.
